Santonio's Restaurante is a restaurant at Victoria Terrace, Hamsterley Colliery, NE17 7SH. These terms cover use of our website and table booking requests submitted online.

This website is provided for information about the restaurant and to request a table. Content (menus, opening times, and offers) may change without notice. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your table is confirmed when we contact you by email or phone.

Please give accurate details (name, contact information, date, time, and party size). Tell us about allergies or access needs so we can prepare properly.

Prices and menus shown online are a guide and may differ on the day. We take food allergies seriously — please speak to a member of staff when you arrive as well as noting them on your booking.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a delay or inability to honour a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

If something isn't right, please tell us in the restaurant or contact us using the details above. We will do our best to put it right promptly and fairly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
